Would you like to invest in young talents working for local governance in developing and transitional countries? To give them a chance to develop their knowledge and skills and learn from experiences in other parts of the world ? Then a donation made out to Talent for Governance is just the investment for you! With your contribution, not only will you give young civil servants a chance to achieve their ambitions, but you also strengthen good governance at a local level, thereby improving the living conditions for many people in the target countries.

Talent for Governance uses your donation to offer talents the opportunity to participate in our  international exchange programme in The Netherlands, including an internship in a Dutch municipality. Only the most talented and motivated civil servants, who show a strong commitment to  good governance on the local level, will be selected. In the application form,  the young talent has to explain how he/she plans to share the gained knowledge with the colleagues back home, so that many more civil servants will profit from this unique experience.
